Creating a New Affiliate with Branch.io

This guide will help you as the admin of a company enable affiliate to self register as an affiliate of your company.

This guide will first be shown how to create multiple deep links using Branch.io, enabling Affiliates to sign up without your intervention, then show you what information an affiliate requires on registration to join your company.

If Branch.io isn't integrated with Insert Affiliate yet, start here.

Start on Insert Affiliate Platform

Begin by going to the create a new affiliate page on the Insert Affiliate platform. When you reach this page, select "Bulk Link Creation."

Enter Affiliate Details

Add the affiliate's name and email address on the Insert Affiliate platform.

Bulk Link Creation

  1. Download the CSV: Download your link creation CSV template.
  2. Visit the Branch Bulk Links Manager Page: Go to the Branch Bulk Links Manager page.
  3. Upload The CSV: Press choose file, and select your newly downloaded link creation CSV template. Once uploaded, press "Create Links".
  4. Export Newly Created Deep Links: Go to the Branch Export Deep Links page and export all deep links created in the previous step (easiest to do by selecting todays date**).**
  5. Upload The Exported Deep Links CSV: Upload the exported CSV to the Insert Affiliate platform.

Now that you have created the deep links, these will automatically be assigned to the affiliate when they sign up to your company. With this step complete, affiliates are now able to sign up for your company!

2. Affiliate Signup Requirements

To sign up to your company, affiliates must know your company name within the Insert Affiliate platform. This is the only information they need to sign up to your company.

To find your company name, go to the settings page on the Insert Affiliate platform. Here you will find your company name, which you can share with affiliates to enable them to sign up to your company.

3. Affiliate Signup

To sign up to your company, affiliates must go to the Insert Affiliate Signup page. Here they will be asked to enter your company name, and then they will be able to sign up to your company.

They will automatically be assigned the deep link you created in the previous step, and will be able to start sharing this link to earn commission for your company.
