Creator Discovery
Creator Discovery helps you find social media creators for your affiliate program and build a shortlist for outreach. Search across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube using an AI-powered creator database, save the creators you like into a built-in CRM, track your outreach, and unlock verified email addresses for the creators you actually want to contact.
Creator Discovery is an Enterprise feature. If you're on another plan, you'll see an upgrade prompt instead of the search tools.
What You Can Do
- Search a creator database across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube using a plain-language prompt plus filters (followers, engagement, location).
- Find similar creators — pick someone who's a great fit and find lookalike creators with a similar audience and style.
- Build a shortlist (CRM) — save creators, track their status through your outreach pipeline, and add notes.
- Unlock verified emails — enrich saved creators on demand to get a verified email address and their handles on other platforms.
- Export your shortlist to CSV for use elsewhere.
Getting Started
Creator Discovery lives in the Creator Discovery section of your dashboard. The page has two tabs:
- Discover — search for and browse creators.
- Saved — your shortlist and outreach CRM.
Set Up Your App Details
The first time you open Creator Discovery, you'll be asked to complete a short App details form. This information is used to set up your default creator search and to improve how relevant your results are.
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| App name | The name of your app or product (e.g. "FitStreak"). Up to 120 characters. |
| What does your app do? | A short description of what your app does, who it's for, and the category (fitness, recipes, etc.). Up to 4,000 characters. |
| Default search prompt | A short, focused query used to find creators by default (e.g. "micro fitness creators for home workouts and wellness"). Up to 150 characters. |
Click Save app details when you're done. You can change these anytime using the Edit profile button.
Searching for Creators
On the Discover tab, use the Search filters to refine who you're looking for. Your default search prompt is filled in automatically — edit it per search, or leave the filters as they are.
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Search prompt / keywords | A plain-language description of the creators you want (up to 150 characters). Pre-filled from your default; leave it blank to use the default. |
| Platform | TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube. Defaults to TikTok. |
| Followers min / Followers max | Limit results to a follower-count range. Both optional. |
| Engagement % min | Only show creators above a minimum engagement rate. Optional. |
| Location | Filter by location, e.g. "United States". Optional. |
| Results per search | Choose 10, 20, or 30 creators per page. This sets the maximum number of search credits a search can use. |
Click Search creators to run the search. Each result is shown as a card with the creator's avatar, name, handle, follower count, engagement rate, and niche.
For each creator you can:
- Save — add the creator to your shortlist (CRM). Saved creators show a green Saved badge.
- Dismiss — hide the creator. Dismissed creators won't appear in future search results.
- View — open the creator's profile on their social platform in a new tab.
Use Previous and Next to page through results. Pages you've already viewed are free to revisit — only loading a brand-new page uses credits (see below).
Finding Similar Creators
When you find a creator who's a perfect fit, you can find others like them. On the Saved tab, click Find similar next to any saved creator. This switches to the Discover tab and searches for creators with a similar audience and style, while still respecting your follower, engagement, and location filters. A banner shows who you're matching against — click Clear to return to a normal search.
How Search Credits Work
Creator Discovery uses search credits. Enterprise companies get 5,000 search credits per month, and the balance resets at the start of each calendar month. Your remaining credits are shown at the top of the page (e.g. 4,250 / 5,000).
- Searching: A search uses 1 credit per creator returned, up to the "Results per search" limit you chose. If you ask for 20 results but only 15 come back, you're only charged for the 15.
- Revisiting pages: Pages you've already loaded are free to view again. You're only charged when you load a new page of results.
- Email enrichment: Unlocking a creator's email costs 100 credits (see below).
If you run out of credits, search and enrichment are paused until the limit resets next month, and you'll see a "Monthly limit reached" message.
Saved Creators & Your CRM
The Saved tab is your outreach pipeline. It shows everyone you've saved, along with a count of how many you've contacted, and an Export CSV button.
Each saved creator has:
- Status — track where each creator is in your outreach. Options are New, Contacted, Responded, Joined, and Passed.
- Notes — a free-text field for your own notes (saved automatically when you click away).
- Email — once enriched, the verified email appears here as a clickable link. Before enrichment you'll see an Enrich button.
- Find similar — find lookalike creators based on this one.
- Remove — take the creator off your shortlist.
Unlocking Emails (Enrichment)
To contact a creator directly, click Enrich in the Email column. Enrichment looks up a verified email address (and the creator's handles on other platforms) for that creator.
- Enrichment costs 100 search credits per creator.
- If a verified email is found, it appears as a clickable email link. If none is found, you'll see "No email found".
- Enrichment runs once per creator — already-enriched creators won't be charged again.
Because enrichment is the most credit-intensive action, it's best to enrich only the creators you've decided are worth reaching out to.
Exporting Your Shortlist
Click Export CSV on the Saved tab to download your shortlist. The export includes each creator's name, username, platform, follower count, engagement rate, niche, email (if enriched), status, notes, and profile URL.
