Setting up Apphud

Important: You must be on an Apphud plan that provides access to the Customers API.

To get started, create a Apphud account.

After creating an account, follow the Apphud setup guide, which can be found here.

If you encounter any problems whilst setting up your Apphud account, check out the Apphud Support section for assistance.

IOS Setup

1. Install Required Packages and Complete Setup

To install the Insert Affiliate Swift SDK, follow the instructions on our GitHub repository.

All code changes required to be made are described in detail with examples within the Github Repository.

Unity Setup

Refunds

Refunds are not supported on this integration. When a customer is refunded, the affiliate's commission for that sale is not reversed, the refund cannot be confirmed with a store or provider, and it is never recovered from the affiliate under Refunds and Clawbacks. If you want a refunded sale taken back off an affiliate's balance, report it through the transactions API.
